Well theres no reason to be shy anymore, you've gotten past the hardest part. You talk to her and you have her number, the rest should be a walk in the park. If you talk to her on the phone, then you gotta see what shes doing one weekend or during the week and just ask her if she wants to go see a movie or grab something to eat. If you can't drive yet, you could invite her over to your house to watch a movie. But don't stress, just be yourself and see what happens.
