What Would Be A Good Weight Loss Regimen?

Well, I'm a fifteen year old guy. About 5'7". 180 pounds or so. I'm just kind of wondering what a good weight loss regimen would be. I'm a vegetarian, and eat fairly healthy, so food intake isn't much of a problem. I hardly get any exercise, though. I was planning on maybe taking up a basic routine that I would take care of every day either in the morning or later at night. I don't have any equipment, and I'd prefer to stay inside. Does anyone have any recommendations for a sort of daily exercise regimen I could use? Thanks.
