I want to study nursing but have been to uni before.. unsuccessfully! Should I mention this on my application?

Any college credits you have may be valuable, so always mention them. Don't lie, they might catch it. Many people go to college and don't follow through, this isn't considered abnormal or bad. At least you went. You are not a failure unless you give up, go for it.
