Why do the Ravens get 15 yard penalties for jumping into the stands after touchdowns but the Packers don't?

I think the difference was how many of them did the "leap" (which really should not matter). Irrelevant of that, the inconstancies of calls in the league is getting worse and it will never end…it might get better if the refs were pros themselves and not just part times. Penalties are called for BS, if you are a big name player you get different calls, and if you are having fun….well just march yourself backwards 15 yards right now!! When did playing football stop being fun?!?!
