I am about to be 15 years old can i choose to continue to live with my grandparents and not with my mother?

my mom has been dating a guy for a couple of months and now lives with him and his 4 sons in prosper, texas. ive all ways lived with my grand parents (and mom) but my mom wants me to move, i just started high school and i actually made it in to Skyline High school by my grades! she was proud of my at first but now it seems she just don't care. i want to stay at that school. i don't want to go to a Deton school. it sucks. cause ive basically was raised by my grandparents. dad was never there. mom? partially there. shes always putting me down about my grades im a freshman in high school taking all Pre-Ap cles and 1 Sopre cl. its hard! but she says im just lazy. i try she just don't believe me yeah i messed up in the past but ive been getting better. i stay home most of the time. and my mom just ugh :'( always puts me down, can never be proud of me, always calling me names. she even told me its about her happiness not mines! anyways i just wanted to know if im able to decide who i want to live with.
