Does anyone remember a movie with a guy in a bunny suit.?

And in the movie this Young boy follows voices in his head and there is a kind of watery like tube that protrudes out of his stomach and leads him around his house and all around. I think it was a horror movie because I can remember their being killings. I also remember a Van that the man in the bunny suit would drive.
