After today's events, is it now clear that Barack Obama is a war criminal?

No I would not say Obama is any more a war criminal that any other person in charge of military action, such as for instance Ghadaffi himself. I would say that I was perturbed from day 1 of that conflict by the slowness of the international reaction. I knew Ghadaffi would cause mayhem. Ghadaffi was allowed to go on for decades when he should have been taken out immediately.
