Why not do primaries this way?

Do they in a series of 10 primaries tered from January until May....making sure that each segment has a good mix of regional balance in their of the states involved, size of the states and number of delegates involved and ethnic mix...and also do away with winner take all, but give the winner a few more delegates than the democrats do ande even more the greater their landslide victory...so that candidates do not just ignore states; so that if you win a state by 60% to 40%, for example, you could get 80% of the delegates etc..
