What makes a girl a Hoe/Slut?

My friends and I were having a discussion on what makes a girl a hoe. We know this girl that is only 20 years old and she has had with 8 guys. Out of the 8, 4 of them are connected in some way like her guy number 3 used to be friends with her guy number 4, and then her guy number 4 is in a fraternity with her guy numbers 6 & 8(6&8 are best friends, but they aren't close to number 4) I also think that guys number 4 & 8 were not in their fraternity when she had with them. lol well anyways my friends want to say that this girl is not a hoe b/c she is young and having fun, but I think that this makes the girl a hoe. I just wanted to know everyone else's opinion on the situation, b/c my friends said that I was being closed minded and thinking like an old person. (Also these different situations occurred between her freshman and Junior year of college) *Please be respectful and no childish, or nasty comments b/c this young lady is still a human being that deserves respect*
