Trying to find a school for my 9 year old brother with oppositional defiant disorder, ADHD,& BiPolar disorder?

My little brother is 9 years old and diagnosed with oppositional defiant disorder, ADHD,& BiPolar disorder and Aspergers. During a very bad meltdown he is quite violent and makes death threats. My parents don't have patience with him and get doesn't have much of a structured life. They take to to a psychiatrist once a month and give him medication. I hate how they only rely on the medication and don't use parenting skills at all. He also has a lot of trouble in school but he is very intelligent but just cannot follow direction from anyone. I was hoping I could find a school with teachers that are experienced with children like him and have the patience to help him. I don't want him in a boarding school or anything. They live in Orange County, CA but could travel to Los Angeles or San Diego if there was a school there. Any advice of where to go or find some information out would be helpful.
