Trading links page?

I have read all the past posts and I am still confused. I have a website that is only a one page landing page. I can expand to five pages. I want to trade links to build a better PR. Do I have to creat a second page called links, so they go there and add their link to it? This code I found in past postings does that go on my landing page, or my links page?
