My sugar glider hates me..ive tryed everything!?

PLease help- let me explain. Ive had Naomi, my sugar glider, for 4 months now. Ive tried everything!!!! im able to feed her honey, and pet her, but when i get near the cage she hides and runs, and ive took her out in the pouch everyday and kept her out for 3 hours and she hasnt changed a bit! she still craps and freaks out! She dosent seem to like me!!! ive tried everything, the pouch and everything but all ive accomplished is touching her and thats only when she eats honey off my fingers.... help?
