Horomones MtF regimen?

Hey im ordering horomones and anti androgens online. im ordering either progynova(Oestradiol Valerate) or premarin both are oral estrogens. and as anti androgen; Spironolactone.... i was wondering how much of each i should take and how often, also if anybody has personal refernce of a horomone/antiandrogen that works better and or safer it would be greatly apprieciated.... also if anybody knows if inhouse pharmacy is a bad or good cite (wether or not if i should trust them) that would also be appericiated. thank you in advandce =]
