Where in the Community Guidelines (or TOS) does it prohibit asking questions about removal staff behavior?

I mean general questions, like, Why doesn't removal staff cite specific reasons for removal? Or, Have you ever had a question reinstated after appealing a removal decision? I DON'T mean staging a mini-protest about a specific incident by posting long quotes and ranting about what happened. I mean general, non-inflammatory, questions like this one.
