What title/degree do the people who work with the stuff at Disney's "The Land" hold?

I wanted to go to college and major in horticulture, but was discouraged when I saw how little money I could make and ,since this is an uncertain economic time, opted not to. This question is out of curiosity and possibly renewing my dream. I was reading about "The Land" since I was little when I was there and don't remember a whole lot, and found myself absolutely drooling. The stuff to do with crop enhancement is precisely what I told the people at Texas A and M that I wanted to do.
