What is a good business masters dissertation topic?

I need to write my masters dissertation this semester and I am having trouble finding a research topic. I am getting my masters in Global Strategic Management so any kind of global organizational behvior, leadership, or managment topic would be perfect for me. Any ideas would help! Thanks!
